The materials conveyed by heat-resistant conveyor belt are generally materials with certain temperature. The coating adhesive of heat-resistant conveyor belt is in direct contact with high-temperature materials, so the wear resistance, adhesion and bending wear resistance of the coating adhesive are very high. The rubber coating formula of ordinary conveyor belt can not meet the requirements and is directly exposed to high temperature materials. The preferred material formulation of coating adhesive is to maintain stable physical properties in high temperature environment. 1. Main materials, the coating rubber of ordinary conveyor belt is mainly natural rubber, or a small amount of SBR is added. SBR is the main raw material of high temperature resistant conveyor belt. The carbonized layer of SBR coating has good heat resistance and aging resistance. EPDM can also be used as a covering material. After years of production experience, EPDM rubber, as a kind of collagen covering material, has good oxidation resistance and heat resistance to the covering rubber. The disadvantage is that the cementation of the core and the covering rubber is not enough, and the carbonization is slow.
2. ordinary sulfur is generally used in the curing system, and there are many polysulfide bonds in the rubber, but the performance of the vulcanization system declines rapidly in the hot oxygen aging stage, and the carbonization layer has lost its value before it is formed. Sulfur body is the best choice for heat-resistant conveyor belt, which can make the ratio of single sulfur bond and double sulfur bond in rubber material reach 90%. The performance of heat oxygen aging stage will not be reduced, and carbonization layer can be formed. In addition, in order to keep the cracking uniformity of the carbonized layer, the amount of zinc oxide should be increased properly to improve the thermal conductivity of the rubber.
3. Carbon black is the main component of carbonation layer, which plays an important role in the quality of carbonation layer. The higher the carbon black content is, the longer the service life of the carbonized layer is. When the amount of carbon black is 67 phr, the service life of carbonized layer is the longest.
4. protection system requires anti-aging agents BLE and RD. When the anti-aging agent BLE reaches 1.5 and RD reaches 0.8, the carbonization layer has the longest service life.
